At Imperial Organic, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Perishable items (e.g., seeds, husk, or food products) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

    • The refund will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the original payment method (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us photos of the item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
