Perishable items (e.g., seeds, husk, or food products) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

The refund will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the original payment method (if applicable).

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
